Minervini-Vandermark, LLC is a New Jersey based architecture firm whose work ranges from large high-profile residential and mixed-use projects to, highly detailed interior commercial renovations. Working in New York, New Jersey and the wider Tri-State area, M.V. architecture has gained extensive understanding of the specialized building process and growing demands of the region. Minervini AIA- PrincipalFrank Minervini along with Anthony Vandermark established Minervini-Vandermark Architecture in 2000 and since that time has lead the firm through the development and completion of a large variety of residential, commercial, and educational projects. In his more than 20 years as a practicing architect he has achieved a comprehensive understanding of all types of construction technologies. His vast experience presenting to both Zoning and Planning Boards help insure a projects merit will be understood and appreciated. Frank is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, School of Architecture, is licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.Anthony C. Vandermark AIA - PrincipalA graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Anthony co-founded Minervini-Vandermark Architecture in September of 2000. He began his architectural career producing large scale public projects for various municipalities in the State of New Jersey. While Anthony is well versed in all aspects of the architectural process, he takes painstaking pride in generating the design details that make each MV Architecture project unique. He believes the creation of good architecture changes how we perceive our world and affects our daily lives.Anthony recognizes that the practice of architecture must change with the advancements that the profession has created. He feels that our diverse world should be approached with innovative ideas and all the new technologies available to satisfy them. We believe our firm reflects this philosophy in its practice.Adrian Melia - Project ArchitectAdrian Melia is an Irish graduate with a Batchelor's Degree in Architecture from the Dublin Institute of Technology which he received in 2002. He moved to Hoboken, New Jersey shortly after finishing his studies in July 2002. He previously worked at an architectural firm in northwest New Jersey as a staff architect involved in projects ranging from residential renovations to train station and school restorations. In March 2004 he started work at Minervini Vandermark. In 6 years at the firm he has taken projects ranging from apartment renovations to 70 unit apartment complexes from inception through to completion. Ciaran Kelly - Project ArchitectSince graduating from The Dublin Institute of Technology with honors in 2002, Ciaran has worked in both Ireland and the US on a wide variety of project types. As an avid traveler, he has studied and documented vernacular architectural styles across five continents. When he joined the MV team back in 2006 as a Project Architect, Ciaran brought with him a love for innovative design and a commitment to applying its principles to each new project. With his vast experience in all aspects of the profession from initial design to construction supervision, Ciaran has been responsible for the project management and successful completion of many or our noteworthy buildings including the award winning 360 14th Street in Hoboken and 650 Montgomery Street in Jersey City. Email Ciaran directly: ciarankelly_mvarchitecture.comSujan Shrestha - Project ArchitectSujan Shrestha is from Kathmandu Nepal; he received his Bachelors in Architecture (2002) from Bangalore University India, and worked in India (Ahmadabad and Bangalore) and Nepal (Kathmandu) before completing Master’s Degree Program in Architecture and Certificate in Sustainable Design(2007) from New Jersey Institute of Technology, NJ. He brings his experience of working with different culture & custom and with different materials & technology. He joined MVA in the summer of 2007.
